One thing I find helpful is looking ahead. I think about graduating high school, getting my own place, college, depending on no one, doing whatever i want just because I can. Thinking like that helps, even when at times you feel like you won't make it another year.
Sometimes that's the only thing you have-the future. Work your hardest right now to make the future everything you want it to be.
It might take some effort but it'll be worth it, I promise. Just hold those tears until the sun sets, let it out, and wake up the next morning with a confident smile like nothing could ever break you, when really nothing can because you're broken inside.
Stay happy folks & spread the word of this blog : )

Bullying (My Opinion At Least)
I've personally never been bullied but I know alot of people are. I also know alot of people AREN'T and like to pretend, or inflate a simple opinion into bullying.
Now bullying is serious, and not to be taken lightly, but people I know, someone close, is one of those people that takes someone's opinion personally and thinks it's bullying.
I'm sorry, but no matter how sensitive you think you are, you have to grow up. You have to learn to deal with people who won't like you and the truth, and the truth hurts most of the time.
I know people's words can hurt, but you have to realize, they don't matter because in the end, they're not going to matter, they'll eventually get karma, eventually they'll grow up.
And if your like me, change, become someone you want to be and someone you're proud of, be confident and show off your confidence, they'll back off.
The thing with bullying is that it's repeated and intended to hurt you. If someone just speaks their mind, that's not bullying, if someone doesn't like you, that's their right, they don't have to like you, not everyone will, so get used to it. In life you'll encounter all kinds of people and not all will mesh well with your personality.
If you are being bullied, just try nto to take it to heart, yeah it hurts, cry a little, but don't do anything drastic, if it gets bad, tell someone, or speak to the bully, speak up for yourself, do something to prevent it like move schools, avoid the bully, etc.
And if you hear multiple people tell you that you're annoying, try changing then, don't change into some new person, but try out different things, like speaking more, less, quieter, listening more, watching what you say, and see where people might find you annoying. For example, people used to ALWAYS say i laughed too much, or i was too loud. I decided to stop laughing, and then i started again, and realized some things i didn't need to laugh at, just simply smile. I tried talking less, then talking again and i realized i could stop talking so much.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to improve some of your flaws, but you'll always have flaws, so don't get too caught up with that.
Overall, be you, and stick up for yourself. Grow a pair and tell them off, or be the bigger person and realize there's nothing wrong with you.

Music
I know you probably hear alot of people say music saved their lives and other cliche things along those lines but for me, i think it really has.
I'm not saying all music though.
For example when i'm really depressed i listen to music with alot of raw emotion and feelings which for me is rock, particuarily metal, but that might not be your preference. It doesn't matter though. But i'm just gonna say, don't be close minded, listen to all kinds and you'll find what you really like.
For me i got into alternative music and now i've found Indie Rock and i'm in love. I listen to all music, mostly rock, but occasionally a good pop song (Royal- Lorde) and dubstep, all kinds of stuff.
The point isn't to dance (there's other music for that). I have different songs and genres for emotions and stuff. If i'm sad, listen to sad grunge rock or indie.
In my next post i'm going to post a few of my favorite from all the genres i listen to (i'll ponly put 10 videos okay)
I challenge you guys to listen to them. I'm going to post the lyric video so read them, and see how they ake you feel. They make me feel so much better after everything. It's like having a friend who understands you.
And when you find music you like you can make SO MANY more friends. For example, i got into rock music and even Pierce The Veil, and so many people like them, and alot of people who like the same emotional music as you are going through things, so it makes me feel normal, and not alone.
I seriously reccomend it, it's literally changed my life.
Look out for my next post shortly : )
I'll post pictures after that post of music also: )
Stay happy~

Talk To Someone
I've found that talking to people or at least just releasing the pent up thoughts and emotions onto paper or something makes you feel a lot better. I'm not lying. I like to write poems, and sometimes i like to write stories where the characters kind of go through what I am, and i try to make them have a happy ending, what i hope to have.
I understand how it feels to not have anyone to talk to that will understand, and that's why you have to make your own ways to express yourself.
Keeping everything pent up does no good, i'm serious. I do it alot and it just gets too much and i fall apart.
If you're not creative, then create an anonomous twitter or facebook or blog and talk about it. I've done this and people will talk to you, give you advice, and you can help others.
It makes me, personally, feel less alone because i can't see people that are sad but on the internet people are their true selves and talk about things that could be happening to you.
If you have a favorite band or artist that has helped you like for example Demi Lovato, try to get in contact someway and maybe that person will give you hope and advice.
But if your comfortable talking to people, go ahead and do it, a counslor, psychologist, teacher, parent, or friend.
There are people who care about you even if you don't think so. Open up and ask for help and those people will show that they care.
Even if you feel like you don't have someone that cares, make friends, online, in person, anything, talking to other human beings seriously helps.
I used to be really shy, but i came into high school, with new people and a new town, and decided to be more open and outgoing and although the change is slowly happening, it's a big step up from what i used to be. Want to know how? One step at a time.
Make a few friends, then start to talk more, then make more and more friends, and then speak more and speak in class and be friendly and you'll feel better, i'm serious.
But be careful with teenagers in high school, with friends and popularity comes haters and rumors, be careful, but also don't listen to what others think.
I have faith in everyone, in you. So just put yourself out there, be yourself, and someone will fall in love with you, but friends don't just walk into your life, you have to look for them too sometimes, for all you know their dumb ass might be lost!
Stay happy, positive, and contact me if you need some help okay?
If you guys leave your URL's and @TWITTER names, i'll follow you on TUMBLR or TWITTER.
Goodbye and happy New Year!
New year new you!

We Are All Here For a Reason (Post One)
Welcome to my blog! :)
This is my first post so sorry for it not being all exciting and what not, but i want to put myself out there and explain why i'm here. I want to be a psychologist, and the reason being that i have had alot of experience with mental health and disorders. My aunt is schizophrenic, my other aunt, well, i don't know, she has alot of things wrong to be honest, and i, well, i was depressed to the point of being sucidal, i had low self esteem so i became anorexic, i've thought about killing myself alot. My life is hard, and sometimes i have to remind myelf why i'm here, for this, to help people with my experences. I have social anxiety and i'm just a whole bunch of awkward teen adjectives.
I lived in one place my whole life and then we moved three times and it's hard, i haven't made friends in so long, it was hard, and it still is. My social anxiety makes me so self consious of sounding dumb, and just being made fun of. I want nothing more than to be happy.
I was severely depressed last winter and it was bad, i distanced myself and barely ate, and i was a mess. I found my way out of the dark thanks to music, i found what others call it 'emo' or 'screamo' and hoenstly it deserves so much more recognition, it not only saved my life but so many others.
I'll post pitcures of lyrics from bands i like so if i can figure out how to do that, i will.
Anyways, i want to say, you can survive, i did, talk to people, or go online and be anonmous like me, that's what saved me. Write poems? SOngs? Listen to music that has inspirational lyrics, anything to feel better. Just know it does get better. When i was really depressed i never believed it, even though my life is still shit, it's better than it was, so hang in there.
Smile today.
Cry tomorrow.
